From a young age, I moved between worlds. While others played in the tangible, I communed with the unseen, hearing whispers in silence, receiving visions between realities, and carrying a knowing I couldn’t explain. But in a world that didn’t speak the language of intuition, I was labeled “too sensitive,” “too strange.” I learned to suppress what made me unique just to survive and with that silence came a deep disconnection from my soul, my body, and my purpose. What followed were years of internal struggle and layers of unprocessed trauma. Raised in a narcissistic household, I endured emotional and physical abuse, gaslighting, and chronic invalidation. Those patterns seeped into every area of adulthood; relationships, health, finances, identity. Anxiety, burnout, disassociation, shame, and even substance use became part of the spiral… until one day, in the depths of despair, I heard a voice within whisper, “You are worth more.” That voice, my intuition, became my compass. Step by step, I began a decade-long journey of healing, spiritual awakening, and soul reclamation. Over those years I immersed myself in deep study and practice, working with leading teachers in Eastern spiritual philosophies, energy healing, sacred geometry, neuroscience, meditation, breathwork and embodied movement. At the same time, much of my path unfolded through direct intuitive guidance as I began channeling and developing my own spiritual methodologies. What began as a personal search for healing slowly evolved into a body of work refined through lived experience, collaboration with other spiritual practitioners, and years of working with hundreds of clients navigating their own awakening, healing and transformation. Through that crucible, I built a path back to myself; reconnecting with my divine soul blueprint, my intuition, spiritual gifts and my inner sovereignty. From this journey, The Pragmatic Spiritualist (formerly Phoenix Spring Tarot) was born. Today my work is devoted to those who feel the quiet knowing that they are meant for more, yet find themselves trapped in repeating patterns they cannot seem to break. People who are spiritually aware but still feel blocked in relationships, purpose, confidence, money, or self trust. Individuals who sense their intuition speaking but struggle to hear it clearly through layers of conditioning, trauma, and survival programming. My mission is to help people reconnect with their intuition, release the subconscious and energetic patterns that keep them stuck, and reclaim the sovereignty to shape their own lives with clarity and self trust. This work is not about escaping life through spirituality. It is about meeting life with deeper awareness, courage and alignment so that who you are on the inside begins to match the life you are creating on the outside.
