Cancellation Policy
We are committed to providing an ethical and empowering experience of the highest standard for all clients. By booking a session, you agree to the following terms and conditions: Payment & Refunds All sales are final. No refunds will be issued once payment is completed. Please carefully review your service selection and time slot before booking. Rescheduling Policy Rescheduling requests must be made at least 48 hours in advance. Clients may reschedule a maximum of two times per service. Requests to reschedule within 48 hours are at Phoenix Spring Tarot’s sole discretion. Cancellations & No-Shows Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the appointment are non-refundable. No-shows will not be eligible for a refund or rescheduling. If you need to cancel, please inform us as early as possible to allow others to book the slot. Lateness Policy If you arrive late the session will still end at the originally scheduled time. No additional time will be provided. If you are more than 15 minutes late, the session may be cancelled without a refund. Filming and Recording No recording of sessions (audio or video) is permitted.
